Airbus A-350-1000 XWB

The Airbus A350-1000 is the largest and longest member of the A350 family, stretched beyond the original -900 for extra capacity and range. It's Airbus's direct answer to Boeing's largest 777X variant, competing for the same very-long-haul, high-capacity routes. Like the rest of the A350 family, more than half of its structure is built from lightweight carbon-fibre composite material. Its six-wheel main landing gear, an extra pair of wheels compared with the -900, helps it handle the type's greater weight.
