Bombardier BD-700 Global 5500
The Bombardier Global 5500 is an updated version of the earlier Global 5000, fitted with new, more efficient engines and a redesigned wing for improved fuel burn and a smoother ride at high altitude. It's part of Bombardier's Global family of ultra-long-range business jets, competing directly with Gulfstream's largest offerings. Its wide cabin and long range make it popular with corporations and governments needing to fly very long distances without a refuelling stop. It sits below the even longer-range Global 7000 in Bombardier's current lineup.
