Evektor EV-55 Outback
The Evektor EV-55 Outback was a Czech twin-turboprop project designed for remote regional routes, cargo, and parachute work. Its high wing, fixed landing gear, and large rear doors were aimed at unpaved strips where conventional commuter aircraft struggle. The prototype first flew in 2011, but certification and financing problems prevented series production. As a result, it is best known as a promising prototype rather than a familiar regional aircraft.
