Dassault Falcon 8X
The Dassault Falcon 8X is a stretched, longer-range development of the fly-by-wire Falcon 7X, extending its cabin and fuel capacity for true intercontinental non-stop range. Like its Falcon 7X predecessor, it uses three engines and fighter-derived fly-by-wire flight controls with side-stick controllers rather than a traditional yoke. Its extra range lets it connect city pairs that even the 7X couldn't reach non-stop. It remains Dassault's flagship, longest-range business jet in production today.

In CatchFlights
In CatchFlights the Dassault Falcon 8X starts as a Uncommon catch. The tier is an editorial judgement of how special a sighting of this type is. The more often you catch it, the closer it moves to Common for you.
A catch counts for the manufacturer Dassault, the Falcon 8X family and the model in your collection, and the daily Type Rating quiz asks about the types of each family.
Catch it yourself.CatchFlights shows the aircraft flying near you on a radar, so a type like this one is only a catch away when it passes overhead. Explore CatchFlights.
