Tecnam P-96 Golf
The Tecnam P96 Golf is an all-metal, low-wing, two-seat light aircraft designed by Luigi Pascale and built by Tecnam in Naples, Italy, first flying in March 1997. It shares many parts with Tecnam's high-wing P92 Echo, letting the manufacturer offer both wing configurations from a largely common structure, and was sold both as an ultralight and, in a heavier-gross-weight version fitted with the Rotax 912A, as a general-aviation-registered aircraft. Its cross-section was shaped to give two tall occupants comfortable access despite the aircraft's small size. It became especially popular with flying schools and private owners across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
