Tecnam P-2006T
The Tecnam P2006T is a light twin-engine aircraft built around two small Rotax engines more commonly found on ultralights, giving it twin-engine training capability at a fraction of the fuel burn of a traditional piston twin. Its low weight and efficient engines make it popular with flight schools specifically for affordable multi-engine and instrument rating training. A modified, longer-endurance surveillance version has also been adopted for aerial patrol duties by several police and coast guard agencies. It has become one of the most widely used light twins in European flight training fleets.
