Remos G-3 Mirage
The REMOS G-3 Mirage is a German two-seat light aircraft built almost entirely from carbon fibre, including its landing gear, keeping empty weight unusually low for its class. Designed by Lorenz Kreitmeyer as a development of REMOS's earlier G-2 Gemini, it first flew in September 1997 and won the 1998 Geneva two-seat ultralight championship before entering production in 1999. Its high wing folds back for storage or road trailering, a feature valued by owners without hangar space. Around 400 were built before REMOS was acquired by Stemme in 2023 and the model was discontinued.
