Light Wing AC-4
The Lightwing AC4 is a Swiss-built, high-wing, two-seat light aircraft aimed at flight schools and private touring pilots. Offered in ultralight form for Europe's 600-kilogram category as well as a fully certified light-sport version, it was the first aircraft type certified together with Rotax's fuel-injected 912 iS engine, pairing a simple airframe with a comparatively modern, fuel-efficient powerplant. A dedicated glider-tow variant, the AC4 CS-LSA GT, adapts the type for towing duties at gliding clubs, a role that favors its docile handling and generous power reserve at low airspeeds during long climbs.
