Embraer ERJ-135
The Embraer ERJ-135 is a shortened version of the original ERJ-145 regional jet, seating fewer passengers on a reduced-length fuselage. Its smaller size suited lower-demand regional routes that didn't need the full capacity of the larger ERJ-145. It shares the same wing, engines, and tail-mounted engine layout as its larger sibling, keeping crew training and maintenance largely interchangeable. A dedicated executive-jet version, the Legacy 600, was later developed from the same basic airframe.
