Aeroprakt A-28 Victor

The Aeroprakt A-28 Victor was a twin-engine light aircraft designed as a practical touring and utility machine. It used a high wing and two pusher propellers, a configuration that gives pilots a clear forward view and protects the propellers from debris on rough strips. The project remained far less common than Aeroprakt’s successful single-engine A-22 family. Its rarity makes it an unusual example of a lightweight twin developed outside the mainstream certified-aircraft industry.

The A-28 Victor never matched the commercial success of Aeroprakt's single-engine A-22, a reminder of how rare twin-engine light-sport designs remain.

In CatchFlights

In CatchFlights the Aeroprakt A-28 Victor starts as a Rare catch. The tier is an editorial judgement of how special a sighting of this type is. The more often you catch it, the closer it moves to Common for you.

A catch counts for the manufacturer Aeroprakt, the A-28 Victor family and the model in your collection, and the daily Type Rating quiz asks about the types of each family.
