Aeroprakt A-20

The Aeroprakt A-20 is a Ukrainian light sport aircraft designed for economical private flying and flight training. Its high wing, tricycle gear, and large cabin doors give it the practicality of a small touring aircraft, while composite construction keeps weight low. The A-20 is part of a family of Aeroprakt designs popular with European recreational pilots. It remains less common than mainstream certified trainers because it is usually operated in the light-sport and amateur-built categories.

In CatchFlights

In CatchFlights the Aeroprakt A-20 starts as a Rare catch. The tier is an editorial judgement of how special a sighting of this type is. The more often you catch it, the closer it moves to Common for you.

A catch counts for the manufacturer Aeroprakt, the A-20 family and the model in your collection, and the daily Type Rating quiz asks about the types of each family.

Catch it yourself.CatchFlights shows the aircraft flying near you on a radar, so a type like this one is only a catch away when it passes overhead. Explore CatchFlights.
